man and woman presenting meeting

I get asked all the time about when and why I expanded Modern Touch Dental to include dentists other than myself. For me, it was an easy decision to expand the practice in 2012.

I’ve been so fortunate to have phenomenal dental assistants, hygienists, and patient coordinators by my side throughout the years, and, eventually, I couldn’t keep up with the appointment requests to see our team! We were beginning to schedule more and more complex procedures and time-consuming cosmetic cases, leaving less time for patients seeking preventative and restorative care. So, deciding to expand was easy. The harder determination was deciding who to hire as associate dentists.

As any patient of mine will tell you, my standards of care are high – very high. I expect the same level of passion, integrity, clinical expertise, and kindness from every dentist at Modern Touch. (And patients should, too!) That’s exactly why I hired Dr. Kyle Krueger for our Hartland office and Dr. Kristina Bath-Juech for our Whitefish Bay office.

The first to come aboard was Dr. Kyle Krueger. It sounds cheesy, but, when we first met, I just knew. Kyle was the ethical, honest type of dentist I was looking for. He is a good communicator and has a friendly, gentle air about him.

By mid-2014, while getting ready to move locations in Hartland, I had the opportunity to hire another exceptional dentist: Dr. Kristina Bath-Juech.

Dr. Kristina Bath-Juech stepped into my office for her first interview with a smile, confidence, and a sense of determination to be a great dentist. She has not disappointed. Kristina brings a special warmth and charm to her dentistry.

Both doctors have amazing attention to detail and are excellent technicians; steady hands and keen eyes.

I cannot say enough good things about my team. Each dentist brings different strengths that allow for the practice to be ever-evolving as a dental leader in the Greater Milwaukee area.

As Modern Touch Dental continues to grow, I continue to consider the idea of hiring additional dentists, and, that’s where I need YOUR advice. What do YOU most value in your dentist? Let me know in the comments section below!
